Questions this bid needs answered before it can be priced with confidence. Suggestions come from what the documents leave open; add the ones worth asking, word them as the GC will read them, and send them in one email. Record each answer here: one that settles who furnishes or installs something sets that row of the scope matrix, and one still missing at bid time prints on the proposal as a clarification, saying what was priced instead.
