Clean unshifted text layer read directly with get_text('words') (mediabox coordinates transformed to displayed/rotated space via the page's rotation matrix, since the sheet page.rotation=90). Cross-checked against a 200dpi render of the full sheet plus two 2x-zoomed crops of Detail 3 ('M-1: Section at Cash Counter') and Detail 1A ('M-1: Top Plan View at Cash Counter'), the only two views on the sheet carrying electrical-relevant keyed notes.
