Sheet is eleven sections (A-P) of general electrical specifications, no plan view, schedule, or homerun callouts. get_text() returned only 753 chars while get_drawings() returned 36,750 path objects -- the spec paragraphs are text outlined to vector curves (tier 3a), not a live text layer. scripts/symbol_scan.py's 275 'groups' were reviewed on contact-E-100.png and every one is a cluster of letter-glyph strokes at spec-paragraph font size (boxed members spell fragments like WIRING, LIGHTING, EXISTING, SCHEDULE) -- none is an electrical device symbol, so none is named as one and none produced a mark or a line.
Names come from: no legend on this sheet, so NECA 100-2006 is what a name rests on. It is the baseline for what a symbol MEANS, never for matching shapes — proportions differ per firm. Confirming a name here is a correction, and corrections are what build the firm's file.
Scale is UNSET. Nothing on this sheet has been measured. The reader declined to infer a scale rather than guess one, so there is no raceway and no branch wire off this sheet — together the largest block of material on a job of this kind. Set it from the title block and measurement becomes available.
