Read from the page's vector geometry and text layer (2,151 text chars across a custom -29 ASCII-shifted CAD font, 29,345 drawing objects, 50 embedded images) via PyMuPDF. This is an architectural demo RCP, not an E-sheet: it carries a blanket demolition note and a to-be-removed/to-remain legend hatch rather than fixture tags or a lighting schedule. A vector symbol scan (symbol_scan.py) was run for completeness but its largest geometry group (1,084 members, ~3pt fragments) was the diagonal ceiling-grid/roof-framing hatch pattern itself, not isolable fixture icons, so no fixture symbol_group is reported here -- only the text facts actually read off the sheet (the demo callout, legend entries, and existing-to-remain HVAC labels).
Names come from: no legend on this sheet, so NECA 100-2006 is what a name rests on. It is the baseline for what a symbol MEANS, never for matching shapes — proportions differ per firm. Confirming a name here is a correction, and corrections are what build the firm's file.
Scale is 3/16" = 1'-0" — 13.5 points per foot. Read off the title block, so measurement off this sheet is available. A later correction flags any measurement taken under the old scale as stale rather than silently recomputing it.
