The only powered item is B-245 HAND DRYER, QTY 2, EXCEL XCELERATOR XL-GR, drawn on the lavatory-wall elevation beside mirror B-250. Both dryers are already taken off on E3.0 (L-0007 J-boxes, circuits A-43 and A-45), so no line is written here. No strut, rod or support details; no LV/security/AV devices; no responsibility matrix; no demolition; no note assigns work to the EC or to Division 26-28.
